How to import Topstep trades into Stax from a file
Bring your funded-account trades into the same journal as everything else, with fees counted, so a challenge is measured on the same terms as the rest of your trading.
In TopstepX
-
Log in to your TopstepX account.
-
Go to the Trades tab.
-
Click Export at the bottom right of the tab.
-
Pick your date range and click Export. If the file comes back empty, widen the range — for today's trades, start yesterday and end two days out.
In Stax
-
In the left sidebar, open Connections.
-
Click Add Connection, then pick Topstep.
-
Of the three cards, choose Import CSV File.
-
Click Choose File and select your .csv. Stax knows the TopstepX layout, so there is nothing to map.
-
Check the matched trades in the preview, then confirm the import.
