Is Quer Stax really free?
Yes — Local-only mode is free forever. Log trades manually or via universal CSV import, get the full analytics suite (dashboard, calendar, Time Analysis, Find My Edge, Hyper Edge, Prop Calculator, Research, Setups), and keep everything on your machine. Paid plans add auto-syncing brokers, cloud across devices, mentoring, and a 30-day free trial.
Which brokers does it support?
560+ brokers auto-sync across stocks, options, futures, forex, and crypto. 600+ have one-click file importers — drag in a statement, the format is recognised automatically. Anything else lands through the universal column-mapper, which handles any CSV from any platform, including proprietary or closed broker exports.
What's "Net Risk / Net R:R"?
R-multiples that already have every commission, swap, and funding cost subtracted. The edge you see is the edge you actually keep — what hit your account, not a gross number that erodes once costs are paid.
What is Find My Edge?
A combinatorial optimizer that tests every combination of your factors — symbol, direction, session, style, stop type, entry quality, day and hour — to reveal the setups that actually make you money. It returns your TOP-10 best and TOP-5 worst combinations, scored by profit factor weighted by how many trades back each one.
Does my data stay private?
In Local-only mode, everything stays on your machine — nothing leaves your device. Turn cloud sync on and your data is encrypted at rest; you choose exactly which sheets, setups and research a mentor can see, and you can disconnect at any time.
Can I import from a broker you don't list?
Yes. The universal column-mapper imports any CSV from any platform — even proprietary ones — by letting you point each column at the field it represents. Save your mapping as a template once, reuse it forever.
Is there a mobile or web app?
Quer Stax is a native desktop app for macOS and Windows — and that's the point: the full analytics horsepower runs on your own machine, not in a browser tab.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
When the 30-day trial ends, your paid plan activates and you're billed automatically — so if you don't want to be charged, cancel before the trial is up. You can cancel any time, and cancelling moves you back to the Free plan. On that downgrade your cloud-only data gets a grace period to export before it's cleared; your local trades are never touched.
What happens if I downgrade to Free?
Moving from a paid plan (Trader or Mentor) down to Free switches Stax to local-only mode: cloud sync turns off, your broker auto-syncs stop, and any mentor connections — yours as a mentee, or with your mentees — are disconnected. Your trades stay on your machine; cloud-only data gets a grace period to export before it's cleared, and your local journal is left untouched.
