How to connect your TradeZero account to Stax
VerifiedEvery filled order flows out of ZeroPro into your journal by itself, signed by Stax on the way in — that signature is what a verified trade card proves. Read-only access is all Stax asks for — it reads your fill history and can never place an order.
-
Log in to ZeroPro and open Settings → API Keys.
-
Generate a new pair and copy the Key ID and the Secret Key.
-
Copy your account number from the top of ZeroPro — it looks like TZ-12345. Use a live account: TradeZero doesn't archive paper orders, so a paper key connects but brings back nothing.
-
In the left sidebar, open Connections.
-
Click Add Connection.
-
In Select Connection, search for TradeZero and click it. Three cards open: Auto-Sync, Import CSV File and Add Manually.
-
Choose the Auto-Sync card.
-
Paste the API Key ID, Secret Key and Account Number, then click Connect.
How to import TradeZero trades into Stax from a file
For history from before you connected, or if you would rather not paste a key at all. The trades land in the same journal — they simply are not signed.
-
Log in to the TradeZero.co customer portal.
-
Open the Portfolio tab, then click Trades.
-
Choose your date range.
-
Click the Excel icon to download the file.
-
In the left sidebar, open Connections.
-
Click Add Connection, then pick TradeZero.
-
Of the three cards, choose Import CSV File.
-
Click Choose File and select your .csv. Stax knows the TradeZero layout, so there is nothing to map.
-
Check the matched trades in the preview, then confirm the import.
